Carrot, Lentil and Cumin Soup
Cocktail of mixed Melon, with prawns and Crayfish Tails
Ham Hock, Toscano Salami and Pecorino cheese Terrine
with dressed salad leaves and a Balsamic dressing
Poached Pear with a savoury cardamom scented rice Conde,
drizzled with diced pimento and Curry oil
Smoked Haddock and Spinach Fishcakes with a soft poached egg
and warm Tartare sauce

Slowly baked loin of Lane Farm Pork Chop with black pudding, sliced potatoes and caramelised onions with an apple and honey sauce
Cajun marinated Spring Chicken ½ griddled and roasted over a salsa of Black eyed Peas and Pinto Beans with a Barbeque sauce
(V) Tartlet lined with olive Tapenade, filled with Mushroom, Feta,
Spinach & Broad Bean, topped with flaky Pastry,
with a Lemon and Dill sauce
Flame griddled Rib eye Steak with a mushroom and garlic Fondue, sticky Tomato relish and hand cut skinny chips
Seared strips of Scottish Salmon with crispy Pancetta,
an Arbroath Smokie Mousse and a leek and potato veloute
